Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@mystore.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as perishable goods, digital products, and personalized items cannot be returned.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately and we will arrange an exchange at no extra cost.
